Brain Health Programs
Lifestyle is the most powerful tool we have to prevent or slow cognitive decline. Our brains are made up of the food we eat, the exercise we do, and the quality of sleep we get. Social interactions, novel stimulation and managing stress are equally important to maintain a healthy brain.
We use the latest science-based research around lifestyle and wellness practices to develop programming that provides participants with fun, engaging, and tailored approaches to improving brain health.
Programs are tailored to account for participant abilities, space restrictions, and budget.
Participants receive a cognitive assessment that examines multiple cognitive domains and movement, and an individualized engagement plan with specific exercise, activity, and lifestyle recommendations tailored to their specific strengths and weaknesses. We also provide Parkinson’s disease specific training including Rock Steady Boxing, Parkinson’s TRX, and Parkinson’s exercise classes.

Speaking Engagements
Invite one of our speakers to educate and empower your audience with the latest science-backed information on dementia prevention, brain health, healthy diets, and living well with Parkinson’s or dementia. We will tailor our talks around your group’s interests and needs, and can also use a workshop-style format to make the discussion more interactive and memorable.
Healthy Brain Hui
Are you interested in improving your brain health, but not sure where to start or how to do it? Start or join a Healthy Brain Hui! A Healthy Brain Hui can be formed as part of a church group, recreational group, book club, neighborhood group, or any other group of individuals intent on improving their cognitive skills and outsmarting dementia.
We start with cognitive assessments, which everyone in the group does individually and in the privacy of their home. No one needs to share how they did, but these assessments will provide each individual with a baseline for their current brain health and a road map for improving it. During group meetings, we will help everyone set one SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) goal to focus on until the next meeting. The group will then help everyone stay on track and provide tips, tricks, and help where needed.
